Caleigh Parsons began her recruiting career in 2002 and, since then, has consulted with bank clients of all sizes throughout the United States and with candidates at all levels and various stages of their career.
Caleigh also has experience as an internal recruiter for one of the country’s largest banks, which gives her a unique and holistic perspective on talent acquisition. Angi Henderson began her career in the Executive Recruiting industry in 2006. She has extensive experience in financial services recruiting, in both retained and contingency search, with a more recent emphasis on providing full-service contingency solutions for bank clients across the nation.
Angi has consulted with candidates at all organizational levels and at various stages in their career. She has a unique ability to identify and match both professional qualifications and culture fit between her clients and candidates.
